CARDIO CLASSES

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class incorporating easy-to-follow dance movements to create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. This class format combine fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic-fitness fashion. Spice up your life by trying out our Zumba classes!

 

Spinning
Using specifically designed stationary bikes, cycling classes enhance the cardiovascular system and work on your muscular strength. These classes provide a workout that can be personalized by each participant through increasing or decreasing the resistance on your bike. Come for a spin with us!

MUSCLE CONDITIONING

Core Conditioning
Our core is responsible for a balanced body. The foundation of all movement should be based from the very important muscles of the core. We work the core in combinations to awake it to function optimally, resulting in improved movements, balance, and posture.

Total Body Conditioning
Working functional movement patterns and strengthening all muscles in the body to create synergy, and overall strength and well-being. Modalities include body weight exercises, free weights, and stability balls.

Boot Camp
This class focuses on muscle endurance and strength through lots of repetitions of a smaller weight. Your cadiovascular system will also be put to the test in this fun and fast moving class.

Mom & Baby Boot Camp
Babies are welcome- but it is a focus on Mom or Dad's well-being and fitness. The instructor will ensure the best possible workout in the shortest amount of time to keep everybody- and baby- happy!

YOGA CLASSES

Power Yoga
For beginner to intermediate. Each participant is responsible for honouring where their fitness level lies within the class. A powerful series of flows and strength poses that draw from your inner strength and energy.

Yoga for Weight Loss
A journey of poses that allow the body to release stored emotions that control the storage of fat. Outlets to reduce cortisol levels that enhance a more beneficial stress response are synonymous with fat storage in the abdominal area.

Yoga for Soccer Players
Poses chosen specifically for the enhancement of the sport. Powerful ballistic runs, kicks, and jumps take a strain on the musculature of the body. Proper conditioning will reduce injury and bring ease to the demands.

Mom & Baby Yoga
Babies are welcome to join in their mom or dad's practice of a connecting form of exercise that allows for strength gains, flexibility, and endurance while enhancing stress-relief techniques and methods of relaxation while promoting a strong bond with your child. Please bring with you a blanket for your baby, your yoga mat, water, and anything your baby needs.
